Theresa is the Research Policy Chair of ANCOC and Proprietor of The Wilhelmena Agency, a minority owned and operated research and community development business. The Wilhelmena Agency offers a range of high quality research and advisory services to both public and private sector entities, including small and mediumsized enterprises (SMEs). Theresa has gathered, recorded, and otherwise managed information key to developing strong communities in Charlotte. Through the agency she helps facilitate conversations, events, and solutions addressing current events in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. The Wilhelmena Agency works with institutions such as UNC Charlotte, Johnson C. Smith University, offers data collection and summit facilitation to help gather key organizations together for policy review and development. Areas of focus is in Cultural Competency Training Workshops and Seminars, Policy Review and Analysis and Seminar Development. Areas of experience is in food deserts, sustainability, Small District Development, Preservation of Historic Charlotte, and Citizens Review and Interviews.
